Our customers have the right to cancel an order before despatch. A cancellation request must be given in writing and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order is placed and paid for on our website we act upon it immediately and start the administration and delivery process. There are various stages your order goes through before leaving our yards and this includes costs incurred in the administration of bank card payments and refunds.
P&A Home Mate Limited will charge a restocking fee of 5% from the product cost of an order if a cancellation request is made. The balance of the refund will then be processed immediately and will take 2 – 3 working days to reach the recipients bank account.
Products delivered to you:
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) within 7 days, for any reason, by emailing us at email@example.com to cancel the order (or part of it)

Faulty or Damaged Products:
If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged on delivery, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Customers must report the faulty goods by phone within 24 hours of the delivery. Then follow up this phone call in writing giving full details of the problem within 14 days of the delivery.
On delivery, by signing the delivery note, you agree the goods have been delivered free of damage. Please inspect any goods before signing the delivery note.
On inspection, if the goods or part of the goods are seen as damaged you must refuse the delivery. P&A Home Mate Limited will not replace damaged goods if delivery notes are not claused or a customer just signs the delivery without checking for damages.
If you request the goods to be left without a signature, you forfeit the right to make a claim against us for damages or theft.
