Delivery Information
We offer flexible delivery options through trusted third-party couriers and pallet networks, as well as a free customer collection option from our warehouse in Hull. Whether your order is small or large, we aim to ensure smooth and secure delivery.
1. Small Orders (Under 25 kg)
Orders under 25 kg in weight are delivered via third-party small parcel couriers such as DPD, FEDEX, EVRI or Royal Mail.

2. LARGER Orders (Over 25 kg)
Heavier or bulk stone cladding orders are delivered via third-party pallet network carriers on kerbside basis.

Delivery Timeframe: 3–5 working days (up to 10 during peak times)

Method: Tail-lift lorry and pallet truck

Kerbside Delivery: Offloaded to the nearest accessible flat surface

Access Requirements: 3 m wide entrance, firm ground (no gravel/grass/ramps)

Surcharges: May apply to remote/offshore areas – contact us to confirm
Delivery Cost Calculation:
During checkout, the website will automatically calculate your pallet delivery cost.
This is based on the number of pallets required, determined by the total weight of your order.
A single pallet can carry up to 950 kg. If your order exceeds this, multiple pallets will be used, and delivery costs will reflect that.
IMPORTANT
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the pallet and its contents visually before signing.
Any visible damage, breakages or shortages must be reported immediately to the driver and noted on the delivery slip.
Claims cannot be processed without this step.

4. Important Delivery Notes
You may choose Free Customer Pickup during checkout.

Third-Party Delivery: All deliveries are managed by independent courier and pallet companies.

Missed or Refused Deliveries: Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur return costs and restocking fees.

Cancellations After Dispatch: Subject to freight costs (both ways) and a 5% restocking fee.

Delays: We are not responsible for third-party delivery delays.

Plan Ahead: We recommend receiving delivery 2+ days before any installation or building work is scheduled.
5. Delivery Upgrades Available
Estimated delivery times are scheduled for Monday - Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
