These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of P&A Home Mate Ltd. Store and all transactions for the sale of goods on www.mydecorativestone.co.uk. Please read them carefully.  They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on www.mydecorativestone.co.uk

Prices:

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced.  If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or notify you that we have cancelled your order.  We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on www.mydecorativestone.co.uk at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Your Order:

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “confirm order” button on the check out page.

All orders made by you through www.mydecorativestone.co.uk are subject to acceptance by us.  We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered.  Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on www.mydecorativestone.co.uk.  If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone to discuss how you wish to proceed.  You will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order.

Payment:

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in our pricing policy

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, American Express or BACS transfer.  We will not accept cash on delivery.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.  All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Cancellation Policy:

Our customers have the right to cancel an order before despatch.  A cancellation request must be given in writing and emailed to: sales@mydecorativestone.co.uk

Once an order is placed and paid for on our website we act upon it immediately and start the administration and delivery process.  There are various stages your order goes through before leaving our yards and this includes costs incurred in the administration of bank card payments and refunds.

P&A Home Mate  Limited may charge a restocking fee of 5% from the product cost of an order if a cancellation request is made. The balance of the refund will then be processed immediately and will take 2 – 3 working days to reach the recipients bank account.

Returns Policy:

Products delivered to you:

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) within 7 days, for any reason, by emailing us at  sales@mydecorativestone.co.uk to cancel the order (or part of it)

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused
  • Orders which are cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded
  • You will receive a refund of the price paid excluding delivery/collection charges and a 5% restocking fee.
  • Any return delivery charges will be paid for by the customer.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Faulty or Damaged Products:

If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged on delivery, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.  Customers must report the faulty goods by phone within 24 hours of the delivery.  Then follow up this phone call in writing giving full details of the problem within 14 days of the delivery.

On delivery, by signing the delivery note, you agree the goods have been delivered free of damage.  Please inspect any goods before signing the delivery note.

On inspection, if the goods or part of the goods are seen as damaged you must refuse the delivery.  P&A Home Mate Limited will not replace damaged goods if delivery notes are not claused or a customer just signs the delivery without checking for damages.

If you request the goods to be left without a signature, you forfeit the right to make a claim against us for damages or theft.

P&A Home Mate  Limited will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery.  In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of our staff, P&A Home Mate  Limited may not be able to do so.  In such circumstances P&A Home Mate  Limited will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date.  The customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date.  In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the customer the Customer may not be able to do so.  In such circumstances the customer will contact P&A Home Mate  Limited and agree an alternative date.

As soon as P&A Home Mate Ltd. has delivered the goods, the customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and P&A Home Mate Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage.  If the Customer delays a delivery, P&A Home Mate Ltd. responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date P&A Home Mate Ltd. agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with P&A Home Mate  Limited and shall not pass to the customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the customer to P&A Home Mate  Limited, have been paid in full.

To the extent permitted by law, P&A Home Mate Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Variations in colour of all of the cast materials produced are normal due to the manufacturing process and variations in raw materials.  Products may differ slightly from the presented pictures.
